Mama’s pretzel kitchen ruined our experience. We paid for a slushie which was MELTED, requested to change it for something else and the worker didn’t listen to us, was disrespectful, and gave attitude. Genuinely disappointed and not coming back, the service was not friendly at all. Everything was also so OVERPRICED. I ordered tenders and fries, had to return it because it was 35 total for that with a DRINK. Also took long to give me my refund. They also shut down rides for hours when it’s raining, it’s irritating and frustrating.

I’m disappointed of the experience I had here. Starting off it rained the 2 times I came here. When it rains they close all the rides for 1-2 hours. They don’t care if u were waiting at the front of the line. They stop everything even if there are some dark clouds. When it comes to the food and drinks they charge u $26 for a bottle and ur only allowed to get refills every 15-30 minutes. The bathrooms are also dirty and smelly no matter the location of it. The food is so expensive too!! I spent $60 on a tray of normal decent food. It’s such a rip off. I would not come here again. They also charge $45 just to park on the parks own parking lot😂 What a joke

Had a horrendous experience trying to return / exchange a toy we had just purchased. Staff repeating themselves (presumably to cover their own backs) without actually listening to what's being asked. No returns and a terrible exchange process, something to keep in mind before purchasing any merchandise.

Insanely overpriced for any little thing. Then we go to the orca show in the middle of the show the genius trainer decides that the orcas may not be in the mood to perform cancels it complete waste of money and time this place needs to just be shut down if they really cared about orcas mental health, they wouldn’t Have shows at all or keep any of them in captivity.

We had such a great day at SeaWorld! There is so much to do between the rides, shows, animals, and exhibits that you can easily spend the entire day here. Everything was clean and well organized, and the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. We especially loved seeing all the animals and getting to experience the different exhibits up close. The shows were entertaining, the rides were fun, and there was a good mix of things to do throughout the day. Overall, it was a really fun experience and definitely worth the visit. We made some great memories and would absolutely come back again!

We visited SeaWorld Orlando with a group of six friends and had an absolutely fantastic time! We ended up spending the entire day here, and there was something for everyone to enjoy. There are plenty of great attractions, shows, and things to see, while also having lots of places where you can sit down, relax, and take a break when needed. Everyone in our group had a great time from start to finish. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Orlando. Highly recommended! 🌊🎢
