The first three rides we tried were all broke down at the same time. The power in the restaurant we ate at went out while we were eating and didn't come back on until we left. Sea world orlando has zero contingency plans for power outages. No solar, no batteries, no generators. If there is a two minute power outage, just leave the park. I like seaworld and even busch gardens which has sentimental appeal to me. But they company is not maintaining the parks. And their business practices are not going well either. I bought a pass. I thought I bought just a one year non-renewing pass. Then they renewed it a year later when I didn't have that budgeted in. I figured I might have remembered incorrectly. Then I went some more and in June or so canceled way in advance while I was thinking about it so I wouldnt forgwt when the time came. But now they are telling me my pass expired in July rather than after the second year they had charged me for back when the one year date had come up. This is not acceptable. I know they are hurting financially but so is everyone else. The theft from people just to see what they can get away with is a criminal act. And of course since they are operating on the verge of bankruptcy they have near to zero customer service to deal with mistakes. Again unacceptable, standing in a long line waiting for help at Seaworld for them stealing from me. The last time was at Busch Gardens months and months ago 7 of the big attractions were down. And it wasnt the only time there were a surprising number all doen at the same time. Now this theft too. Wow. It's true that they need to just go ahead and declare bankruptcy. Ps...got to the window where they told me that my daughters canceled pass is still active and mine is so gone that she can't find it AND then they just got wildly confused when I explained that made no sense since hers was a bronze pass that had been paid month by month and should have expired in June or July and mine was s a more expensive silver pass to include parking and should have had the rest of the year. They agree hers, which they claim is currently active, is bronze... I got here at 9:15 and it is now 10 o'clock, using my spoons to try to fix their bizarre mistakes. Due to my spoons issue I'd only been planning on being here for two hours or maybe three if the energy and stamina were going surprisingly well. I used to happily think they got a good deal on me buying a pass since I dont stay lo g and I dont ride a lot of rides but I still enjoyed the parks despite those things. Clearly I feel the opposite towards them now.

Sea World worked with me to correct my tickets. I made a big mistake when I ordered my tickets. The facilities were very clean. We had the all day dining, this was a great choice for our family of eight. The shows were just ok. The sea and otter show was totally educational and not very entertaining. The other shows were better.
