Me and my friends went to a restaurant here and there were BUGS ON THE COOKIESSS and the food was way to over priced, my friend PAYED ALMOST 50 DOLLARS FOR A BURGER, FRYS AND A DRINK. and we were planning to go on a bunch of rides BUT THEY CLOSED ALL OF THE RIDES AT LIKE 4:50 PM FOR SOME HOLLOWEEN THING ARE YOU SERIOUS. I like the dolphins!

Love going to SeaWorld Orlando. We buy annual passes, every year then buy all day dinning when we get there. Best bang for your money! Go when the park first opens up and hit some of the most popular attractions first.

Terrible. Houses were extremely simple, no effort in makeup, storyline, effects anything. The whole place is soulless. It needs character. Show's were extremely mid. Generic. The best plays and scare zone is the "blood district" (red light district). Some bathrooms didn't have any soap or were clean. Parking prices went up to $40 + $40 tickets. The intro this year in 2025 sucked... Previous years were better. With all of that space in the water acropolis, why not maximize that and do a night show? Something like fantasmic? Bad use of space, plenty of spaces in the warehouses, HHN in Universal maximize their space into potential for houses. I know SeaWorld is smaller but still. We have been going since they opened and this year 5 was the worst. They make you wait in line from 6 and start at 7 to end at 12... Who's producing this and directing this?? You guys can potentially lose a lot of money. In all it was lazy, effortless and mundane. The shows didn't have seats either. I could go on... It was terrible.

Park is filthy. Trashcans are overflowing. Bathrooms are disgusting. Prices for food and beer are significantly higher than WDW and Universal. Lines for everything (food, drinks and rides) are too long. Everything is unorganized, Employees seem like they don't want to be there.

Sea World is a fun park to visit. It has sea life and rides for all ages. Like all theme parks , there are lines for the rides...bring your patience, and snacks

My wife got an annual pass and it has been an awful experience. The ticket distribution system they use is not user friendly. Their customer service is sub par. We went to sea world to inquire about the annual pass and the employee gave very vague answers and seemed annoyed that we would ask questions about the annual pass. Just an unpleasant experience all around.

The howl o scream event was a disaster. Starting with the parking lot, the fact that there was no information posted or staff members available to guide one on where to obtain your landyard given we chose the entry, entree & three drinks package. To then learn at the main bar "we r out of lanyards," The atmosphere was far from our expectation. Props were minimal. Scare actors were minimal and scarce! The drinks were either too sour or too syrupy. The hot dog and the chicken nuggets, though, were amazingly tasty. Staff at the bars were extremely nice. Don't bother with the monster stomp show. We were seated for twenty minutes [9:30 show] and 1minute before show time, an automated announcement came up saying, ""ladies and gentlemen, please exit the theater"". Everyone [full-hse], thought it was a joke. 2 minutes later, the same announcement came up and the lights were turned on. SeaWorld, extremely unprofessional!!!! To not explain to the populace seated, why it was canceled at the very last minute was UNACCEPTABLE!!! Finally and no judgment... the kind of market that attends, did not make things any better. NEVERRRRR AGAINNNN!!! Ed & Lo

Really very disappointed with the bad attention of the Costumer center of this park. We have been waiting for more than an hour at the Guest Services, those who attend resting and talking about topics of laughter when there is a long line waiting to be attended to. They have a very poorly trained staff.
