Hello, I’m writing to share a disappointing experience my family and I had at the Glacier Bar. When we arrived, we believed we were standing in the correct line, as we saw guests being served in that same order. To be sure, we asked the couple in front of us if this was the line, and they confirmed it was. While waiting, two men walked up and positioned themselves at the corner end of the bar, appearing to bypass the line. The bartender with a shaved head proceeded to take the order of the couple in front of us. Shortly after, another bartender asked who was next. At that point, it should have been our turn. Instead, she went directly to the two gentlemen who had walked up after us and took their order—even after the couple ahead of us spoke up and stated that we were next. Only after this happened did the bartender with the shaved head begin telling everyone to “fill in” around the bar near the chairs. This guidance was never communicated beforehand, despite guests clearly forming a line and being served from it. The lack of clarity, combined with us being skipped, made us feel disregarded and unwelcome. As a result, my family and I chose to walk away without being served. I wanted to bring this to your attention because the issue wasn’t the wait—it was the inconsistency and the way the situation was handled. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I hope this feedback helps prevent similar experiences for other guests in the future. Sincerely, Delissia McNeal

Not good food choices. Pretty dirty and not every employee, but many of them will not even greet you or try to be courteous . It's like they are not getting paid for it and they're doing you a favor.

Travelled from Inverness, Scotland. Had a great time. Great to see the dolphins and and whales, really well looked after - just a slight issue - lack of parking spaces.

Went on a Friday that was pretty cold in the morning so less crowd. It warmed up to about 65 and sunny, so that was nice. First time in winter which is the Penguins summer so the lights were on, really cool. Not as many shows, no sea lion one that day (fixing something), Orca show was only morning & 630 we just missed morning and didn't want to stay til dark. Dolphin show was great. Kids play area in sesame street was closed not sure why. All water rides were closed because of cold weather. Feeding sting rays was fun. Got a preschool pass for my son so we will go back.
