Definitely get all-day dining if you plan to eat multiple meals, but keep in mind the food will (in most cases) be subpar. Also, some restaurants listed on the website don’t all open when the park opens, and some serve breakfast in lieu of the lunch menus listed online. The park feels cleaner than Busch Gardens overall, but the customer service is still very low.

I was rather disappointed. I have been there 4 times now. You pay $100 each just to get in. The past few times I've gone my favorite rides were shut down. The prices for everything are super inflated. We did get a meal there and for $23 each i watched a man serve it in a oval tray from silver pans like cafeteria food. To top it off it wasn't good. I couldn't eat what i ordered. You pay for everything, parking, lockers, and the observation tower, which is a quick ride up in the tower and back down. I did enjoy the shows and the aquariums, but sadly, I won't return. It's just not worth the money you end up shelling out. A bottle of water is close to $6 if that tells you anything. It might have been worth it had everything been working properly.

Our kids 2 and 4 had an absolute blast. The only down fall of the park is that the staff members are very rude !! Great atmosphere for toddlers, the Sesame Street park is awesome.

They do not honor the price of their merchandise. Label shows 29.99 but shirt rings up for 36 dollars. Many of the same shirt have different prices on the tag. Rack of clothing that is supposedly 30% off has no signage whatsoever. Update: A supervisor eventually came to thr location and honored the pricetag. However, after the long wait for the supervisors arrival I did not wait to find out about the supposed discount on the supposed discounted rack of clothing. Shop at your own discretion.

Overall it was a fine. Some of the rides were different experiences, though I did not feel safe on all them. The food was incredibly disappointing, the dining plan not worth it. They were good about offering allergy options. Just not my favorite experience though if you are looking for a cheaper amusement park experience it gets the job done

The staff is soooo rude here. All of them were so rude. Couldn’t care less. Like anytime we asked questions….no matter who….they would roll their eyes point and ignore our question. For example…can I have a cup of water…point to cup…so I have to go behind the cashier and get the cup….ok…..go to use the machine…can’t use it…need QR code….I don’t know that because we have never been. So I have to go back and wait in line. OR, they could just say can you grab that cup (behind the register…ok lol) and I will put a code in it. Don’t recommend based on the staff. The shows were fine. The staff for the shows seemed happy and good. Also there is no wait times for any of the rides in person…only know because of the app. No wait time signs. Also none of the staff said welcome here or thanks for coming at closing. Little things other parks do that they don’t care to do. If you don’t use the app, you are useless here. I understand people may ask the same question 100 times a day but tough. Part of it. They can be annoyed but that’s not ok.

Great park, note food, locker and drink prices could be a bit better. Very glad to see the park is not separated into multiple fees as was the observation space needle there. Thank you Sea World.
