Disappointed. Are overall trip was ok but in the main disappointed is what come’s to mind. Positives were that the rides were thrilling as always and seeing the animals was also great. Negatives were that everything since I last came 15 years ago has changed for the worse, the park has become so commercialised wanting to scrounge every last penny from you. The dolphin encounter was a waste of money 100%. 15mins to throw one fish in its mouth, feel its body and then have to be charged an extra $70.00 for photos on to of the $50.00 per person you have already spent on seeing the animals was a joke as you were not allowed to take photos on your mobile. The fact that you have to pay full adult admission for anyone over the age of 3 years old just sums it up, the last time I checked my 3 kids ages 1-6-8 do not class as adults and I shouldn’t be paying full price for them as they can’t get on half of the rides! If your the same position as me with not coming to sea world in the last 15 years you will know what I’m mean about the shows if you do come, there not a spec on what they used to be. The rides were great but half of them were under staffed, this made it a free for all when you got to the gate to get on the ride. Just seemed madness as it could have been a lot more efficient in getting on the ride which would have reduced ride times! I love coming to Disney world and seeing the parks this used to be my favourite but will now be at the bottom of the list unfortunately.

Do not come here on the weekends. Too many people to enjoy any of the rides. Also, be careful when buying anything food related like all day dining passes. The food is way overpriced and lacking in quality. Highlight of the day: I decided to eat at the barbecue place which has all day dining passes. When checking out, I told the cashier three times I wanted an all day dining pass and she rang me up for the food individually. After paying and sitting down, I realized the mistake and went back to correct the issue with the cashier. She wouldn't help and her manager had to get involved. The manager said the only thing they could do was let me pay again for the pass I originally wanted. All I wanted was them to void the previous transaction and charge me the correct amount for the pass and they couldnt do that. My advice is to keep all your receipts while at the park in case you have to fight the park to correct their mistakes.

The Better Business Bureau should investigate this place. The people who visited the park on Friday were scammed. You pay over $100 to visit and there were over 4 rollercoasters on “maintenance” then you dont know this until you’re inside the park. Should be illegal. I planned this dreamed trip for months and not being able to ride like important rides felt like a ripoff. Hopefully someone will file a complaint on the correct platforms.
