I’m a gold pass holder I spend a lot of money for me and my husband to have these passes and for 3 of our children to have the silver passes to get got by caricature artists in the park that didn’t clearly state that per person in the photo is an additional almost 40 bucks so I spent 85 dollars on a photo I agreed to spend roughly 45 dollar for I learned my lesson the photo looks nothing like us I should have said no thank you and have a nice day I guess this is the quality I should expect from here on out we will go to Disney for next years passes :( after spending 130 to eat in the shark tank it was beautiful the food was great this totally ruined my experience which was all positive up until that point

We went on a a Wednesday morning and stayed until 3. So much to see or eat but prepare for a lot of walking!! Great Orca and Dolphin shows!

This place as a park? It’s great of course… that’s what every park dreams to achieve of, but after seeing how they treat their marine life, I can’t get myself to give this place a good rating. Also ever since they’ve shifted away from animals, the park has been getting worse

I have been a platinum member for more than 15 years and a member for more than 30 years. I have noticed that customer service has greatly declined. Today is the third time I have been to seaworld in the past month. At Voyagers restaurant all but one person was extremely rude. One person was getting mac and cheese out of the container and ran out but her hands were full. Scoop in one hand blow in the other them another person brought more mac and cheese over and just dropped the new pan down and walked away instead of helping the person serving the food. The one serving the food ( the only one that was nice ) apologized saying sorry this is my first day and I don't know why everyone is being rude. On top of the rudeness more than half of the employees don't speak English. I'm all about immigration as we are all immigrates but learn the language. How can you help the customer when the majority of your employees don't speak English the national language of this country.

SeaWorld has definitely improved over the years in fact I recently just became a pass holder. Lots of great coasters, food options and different experiences than your typical theme park. They have great ticketing options that bundles with other parks they own for affordable prices. My only complaint is the price for a locker per day at all SeaWorld owned parks, they should offer it free with your ticket like universal

Yesterday, we visited SeaWorld after quite some time without attending, and I must formally express my serious disappointment regarding the current condition of certain areas within the park. The floor of the whale theater was extremely dirty and appears not to have been properly cleaned for an extended period. The screen shows visible signs of deterioration, and the restaurant chairs are old, worn, and noticeably unclean. Overall, several facilities reflect a concerning lack of maintenance and upkeep. SeaWorld is a well-recognized and respected establishment, known for high standards and quality experiences. For that reason, it was particularly disappointing to observe conditions that do not align with the level of excellence typically associated with your brand. Guests expect and deserve an environment that reflects professionalism, care, and attention to detail. I respectfully request that these matters be reviewed and addressed promptly. The current condition suggests a lapse in maintenance oversight that requires immediate attention to preserve the quality and reputation of the park. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to seeing improvements that reflect the standards SeaWorld is known for.

It was neat to see and the food pass was definitely worth it but only works at some restaurants, most of the water rides were closed even know the app said they were open, the one only one open was infinity falls with a 2 hour line. Would i go again ? No. Was it neat to see once? Sure
