If I could leave zero I would. Horrible customer service. All day dining pass wasn’t working, went to front seat they couldn’t even help. The manager was rude, called sea world customer service was told to go back to talk to manager, only to be told customer service doesn’t know what they are doing. Also the guy said they have been having problems with that for a long time.

Bought 2 food passes . They disappeared from my Apple wallet , went to guest services they said they been having this problem for a while and don’t even tell you that if you don’t see your dining pass go to your email. You also needed a rist bad and they never gave it to me until around 4 . WHAT IS GOING ON . Manager is also rude . Worker said that if you call customer service they will just tell you to go with manager to hang the phone up. These people are ALL SLOW. Also I had scanned my food thing once and both of them had disappeared. Just dumb

Enjoyed our day with primarily dolphins; watching the show, presentation at the nursery. A very hot day so cooled off in Antartica with the penguins. Enjoyed lunch with the sharks. Handicap parking was a snap. My husband rented a scooter which is the only way he would be able to enjoy.

Just spent almost $500 taking my family of 4 & the all day dining. we made the mistake of buying 2 day package when ultimately I’d rather have a refund. For starters, parking is an additional $37 Security has an ego problem & no signage for where the strollers needed to go. Once inside, the signage again poor. We found ourselves not being able to find breakfast with Elmo which ended up being you need to reserve. So we didn’t get any breakfast. The food from the 3-4 locations we visited with the all day dining was worse than school cafeteria food. The employees won’t tell you what you can get so you have to know you get a side & drink with the entree. With your all day dining soft drink (not bottled) you do not get a straw or lid. But never fear, there is a cup & straw for sale right there for $15. Once inside the park, there are only a handful of rides. The flamingo boats required additional purchase. Also, there is only ONE indoor air conditioned restaurant, the Bbq restaurant. We took my 14 month old & 3.5 yr old children. The Sesame Street world was small & the baby could only do the carousel. The splash pad had too many older kids & knocking the baby over. Wasn’t shaded. When noon rolled around for the orca show, you cannot bring your stroller inside, which is understandable but then everyone is a pack mule with all the kids stuff on the benches. The orca show had very loud music which I wouldn’t normally complain about but I’d thought it mess with the whales. The show was short. You can’t see the orcas outside the whale encounter show. Honestly, there were NO animals. The dolphin nursery looked so sad & tiny. I think the pool at an apartment complex is bigger. Besides the fact the pool is insanely small for these killer whales to be in. The insane amount of open space we walked the whole park twice & shocked how small the orca pool was. This park is a dying attraction & makes me more mad that we wasted our money. It’s like everyone was grumpy & bored. There isn’t ANYTHING really to do that didn’t cost extra money or just for grown ups. Even older children seemed unhappy.
