My husband and I are from Northern California. We went on a half day tour with Pascal today to Omaha beach and Pointe du Hoc. We have ben on many group and private tours. Pascal was an amazing tour guide! He was not only extremely knowledgeable but he brought the whole story so alive and riveting for our entire group. One of the top 5 tours I’ve ever been on! Thank you Pascal!

Our tour of Chambord and Chenonceau Chateaus with Flore was great. My husband and I were the only ones on the tour so we had Flore all to ourselves. The pick up location was very easy - right in front of the Tours Information Centre. We felt we had just the right amount of time to spend at each chateau. Flore also took us to Amboise for lunch and showed us lots of restaurant options in a beautiful part of the town. Flore was very engaging and friendly and was happy to answer my many questions. I felt that we got so much more value from having a guide. There’s so many details we would have missed if we had gone to these places on our own. Thankyou Flore for a wonderful day out in the Loire Valley.

Our guide, Manon, was very knowledgeable of the three villages we visited. She also knew a lot about the industry of the area and the types of grapes grown in the area. I would take another tour with her.

Delightful guide in every way. Made everybody feel comfortable, learning our names I’m treating us very well individually, So very much history of the area was explored and knew her wine country very well. The Château Bellevue was a treat and great vibe. Saint Emilion Did not disappoint. Enjoy learning the history with the details she provided. Only wish the excursion was longer.

Our group of 4 did 2 tours from Bayeux over the weekend. Full day tour of Mont St Michel was excellent. The place is visually stunning and well worth a visit. Lu (Luanne (sp?)) was our guide and she was quite knowledgeable and informative. She was personable, friendly and engaging with our group of 6. She provided numerous insights about Mont St Michel, its history, architecture, residents, etc. over the centuries and gave personal recommendations for places to eat (and to skip) that were spot on!! She also provided suggestions to eat and do around Bayeux during our stay in the area. Half day tour of D-Day sites was equally as good. Pascal was our guide and he has an incredible knowledge of the entire area, detailed facts and context regarding the history and events leading up to the invasion. He was humorous, encouraged questions, interacted with everyone on the your individually and moved at a good pace to ensure we had adequate time at each location while finishing the tour timely!

This was a great tour! Our guide was great, and gave us really interesting information about wine making in the Bordeaux region. The visit to Saint Emilion was lovely (despite excessive heat), and the wine tasting and Chateaux visit was interesting as well. The transport was great (with great AC, very much needed). Everything was punctual. The group size was nice as well - 7 people.

Enjoyed guide. Would have preferred more free time and lunch in Colmar and just walk around to see Beauty and Beast town. Castle was closed due to heat so cannot comment.

Thierry was great! He has much passion about his region and shares this with amazing energy throughout the tour. In his anecdotes, he connects the region’s particular turbulent history and today’s wine reality through humor and heartfelt experiences. His efforts to connect the tourist group with the local wine people is warm and sincere. Wine was ok.
