Bran Castle deep in Transylvania - a land of many legends, mighty castles and picturesque vistas. In fact, this is NOT Dracula’s castle but it’s a great place to visit nonetheless. It’s authentic and well-preserved and furnished. Its surroundings are eerie and spectacular as well, so it’s easy to get into a Gothic and/or macabre mood – another reason to visit the castle which is very popular with tourists and fans of Dracula. It also has a small restaurant with Dracula themed menu.

Castle opens at 9.00, we arrived at 9.10 and there wasn't a queue, it was July 2025. The ticket price was 70RON=14€ which is honestly, a bit high considering the value. Castle itself is nice you can walk through with your own tempo and read information panels. I recomend to walk in gargen too, there are nice views on castle. When we ended our tour there was really very long queue to enter the castle (30min at least).

(Original) Un loc foarte frumos,gradina chiar e frumos amenajata si castelul are un stil unic situat pe stanca ,merita vizitat macar o data desi nu cred ca l as vizita a doua oara.Camera de tortura a fost interesanta dar nu ceva wow iar tunelul timpului a fost frumos si interactiv.De avut in vedere ca e un loc foarte aglomerat pana si in timpul saptamanii si ca s ar putea sa stati in coada la soare.
