They definitely could have gotten much more out of the place historically and atmospherically, instead of focusing so heavily on the Dracula theme. The pricing is especially annoying: You pay the regular entrance fee outside, and once inside the castle, you're charged extra for two additional, smaller exhibitions. Anyone in the area can take a photo of the exterior – inside, however, you're more likely to be pushing your way through crowded aisles and paying extra at every turn. Rather disappointing for us. Man hätte historisch und atmosphärisch definitiv viel mehr aus dem Ort herausholen können, statt sich so platt auf die Dracula-Schiene zu versteifen. Besonders störend ist die Preisgestaltung: Man zahlt bereits draussen den regulären Eintritt, und sobald man in der Burg ist, wird für zwei zusätzliche, kleinere Ausstellungen nochmals separat extra abkassiert. Wer in der Gegend ist, kann es für das Foto von aussen mitnehmen – drinnen drängt man sich jedoch eher durch vollgestopfte Gänge und zahlt an jeder Ecke drauf. Für uns leider eher enttäuschend.
