It was a disappointing mess. The amount of people being let inside at the same time absolutely ruins the experience. One stood in a queue for most of the castle and it was impossible to enjoy any of it. I recommend waiting a bit until everyone has moved on a bit. We had tickets for 10:00 as many others and we noticed by the time we had gotten through the castle, it was mostly empty at the entrance. So dont hurry getting in at your time slot, as it will make the experience unpleasant. Besides that there were some really tacky displays of supernatural things. They were so badly done. There was some nice information, but the castle feels quite bare. Nice to see for its story, but we left a bit disappointed, especially for the demanded price

Mixed feelings. It’s unarguably a cool castle with an intriguing backstory. But there were simply too many people walking around that you could take your time to appreciate it. We were stuck behind 60+ people talking our their phones and FaceTiming others to show them, what getting into each room took a while. There is also a good bit of construction on the castle itself and the area around it. I feel like they should limit the amount of people for each timeslot by a bit more to give more space to enjoy it.
