If you are thinking off booking this excursion don’t hesitate it was truly incredible from start to finish we had Ana and Mickey as our tour guides and they were phenomenal they were so accommodating and made sure everyone was okay whenever they could they made the snorkeling areas as safe as possible they really do want what’s best for everyone and hope that everyone see what they came for. And we did in fact swim with turtles and manta rays. So thank you ana and mickey for an amazing day me and my partner loved it :)

We had such an amazing day snorkelling and visiting Nusa Penida! We had pick-up included, which made everything really easy. Gio and Gus were fantastic. They were so friendly and helpful throughout the whole day. I’m quite a nervous swimmer in the sea, but they made me feel safe and comfortable. The snorkelling spots were amazing, and we were lucky to see turtles and manta rays. We would definitely recommend 🐠🌊🤿

Our 8-hour private charter on Sweet Heart was one of the absolute highlights of our Bali trip. A huge thank you to Ana, Captain Putu Ceking, and Petrus. They were incredibly warm, welcoming, hospitable and attentive throughout the entire day. They genuinely went above and beyond to make the day special for us. They took us to some amazing snorkeling locations, found quieter and more peaceful places for us to relax, and seemed to know exactly where to take us to make the most of the day. The snorkeling was unbelievable. We saw manta rays, more fish than we could possibly count, and eight sea turtles! Ana was wonderful in the water and made us feel comfortable and well looked after. He also took amazing videos and photos of us in the water, of the sea life we saw, and of us on the boat - which we received via Google Drive by the time we woke up this morning! One note for the company/booking side: we did experience some frustrations with the quoted price changing several times, and our transportation not being included to the dock. They did apologize and make up for it, but I do recommend taking screenshots and asking questions so you know exactly what is included in your quoted price. The boat also did seem a bit older / dated than pictured, and the bathroom on board did not even have any toilet paper or hand sanitizer… which for the price we paid for a premium experience, I would have expected to be the bare minimum… That said, once we were on the boat, the experience was exceptional. Ana, Putu, and Petrus made this such a memorable day, and we would absolutely recommend booking with them.

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ We are absolutely delighted with this tour!!!Everything was organized beautifully from beginning to end, and the biggest highlight was definitely our wonderful guides, Gio & Gus❤️ They were incredibly kind, attentive, positive and professional, genuinely wonderful people who made the whole experience special. At Kelingking Beach, they even brought their own small ladder, climbed up on it and helped us take amazing photos from the best angles! I honestly have never seen this level of dedication from guides before!😄 The ocean was quite rough on our day and at one point the waves became really strong, which was honestly a little scary. But Gio & Gus stayed calm and positive, while also acting quickly and professionally - they immediately gave us life jackets and made us feel much safer and more calm 😅 The sunset with champagne and music was such a beautiful ending🥂 The only tiny suggestion: some nuts or potato chips with the champagne would make it absolutely perfect! Overall, we felt looked after throughout the entire day. Huge thank you to Gio, Gus and the whole team - you are wonderful people and we are genuinely so happy we chose this tour! 🤍✨

We had a great time with O’Neill and Ajuz! The sights were great and the boat was fun. We did 4 dives total and got to see a few turtles, loads of fish and some manta rays! We had a small group of people with us who were good fun to chat with to😁

Had such an amazing day out on the boat with Ana, Ringgo and the team! We felt so lucky to swim with multiple Manta Ray's, turtles, had great fun fishing and were even lucky enough to see multiple pods of wild dolphins throughout the day too! Really enjoyed our hour at the beach club for food and the team there also made a great effort making it extra special for the birthday girl! Thanks for a day to be remembered :)

The pictures are so beautiful! This was such an amazing experience you guys are the best! Thank you for a incredible day we'll never forget! Nemo, Olog and his team took care of everything and gave us a seamless adventure! From snorkeling for Manta rays, dolphins sightings, 3 course meal for lunch, trip to the cliff and afternoon snorkeling for turtles, fish and coral reefs. Do the elite package for professional pictures and video. They are very accommodating and caring. They prepare you for sea sickness and move to calm waters if it gets rough. If you do get sick, like me 😅 personally I tend to get motion sickness more than most people. They super caring providing essentially oils, neck rubs, water and sprite. Anything to make you feel better. I wasn't sick the entire time, they helped me recover and enjoy afternoon snorkeling. I would 100% go again despite getting sick. Enjoy snorkeling and they'll do the rest.
