First of all Bluuu is very responsive, I had a delay and in no time was my trip reorganized and confirmed which save the worries. What amazed me was the organization logistic organization, pick up and drop off by their own car and drive from our hotel. The service is fantastic, from the check in up to the end . You have what you paid for. Boat is great , I took the private option, Mantas turtles fish beautiful eye site , explanation by our guide , snorkeling, restaurant on beach …it was superb. Finally and most important, our crew . Captain and chiefmate were very safe , professional and I was feeling safe specially for my girl as she had never snorkeled before. Also all crew , specially a big thank you to Vicky our diver, guide tour who were so kind. Vicky , was talking of us all along the way, his spirit put the tone of a good day ahead , kind , nice and care to attention for his passengers. I am very glad to have met him. So yes it is a very good memory and I sincerely thanks all the team and specially our crew…thank you Vicky🤘

Perfect day. We were lucky enough to see turtles and mantas, but even if we had not would still have been a fabulous day. Great boat crew, and our guides Nyoman and Ana were very knowledgeable and friendly. They were enthusiastic about us all having a great experience which we did. We will be coming back on our next visit to Bali. Cannot recommend highly enough 🙌

We have just had a brilliant day out with these guys. You get what you pay for. Seamless transfer door to door (an extra but worth it). Arrival light breakfast - warm melting gooey cheese & ham croissant and a pain au chocolat were our choices. Delicious fresh coconut water. Premium snacks through and beautiful platters of cheese, fruit & crackers with deli meats. The three course lunch was tasty. We visited 4 different snorkel spots. The highlight were the staff on board who made sure not to forget to take your photos and make video clips so everyone was included. I chose the upgraded yacht option with the newest boat/highest tier and we thought it was probably the best snorkel trip I’ve had … and I’ve been on many! Thank you Bluuu! Oh and the dancing & cocktails at the end… great way to end!

We had a great tour with Morgan and Olog. We were able to see Manta Rays and turtles up close on the snorkeling stops. The boat was clean and comfortable with every need provided for. Nice Tusa snorkeling equipment. They went out of their way to take great photos and make sure we had a great experience! Would definitely recommend to anyone!
