We were able to use the hop on hop off bus for the days we stayed at Katoomba Caravan park. Bus stop was conveniently infront off the park. We enjoyed the 2 drivers we had for the first 2 days, Different approaches and entertaining. It was nice to travel this way around to see everything we wanted to and the booklet we got was informative. Great way to explore the area.

Fabulous service going to all needed places. Commentary was great and songs by Angus to keep a 2yr old happy were priceless. We were all singing waltzing matilda at one stage. We utilised this for the three days we were at Katoomba and it was well worth it. Thanks also to Bill and the wonderful staff in the office.

Best way to see the blue mountain area! There's so much to do and 2 days isn't enough! Getting passes for the explorer bus was the best decision we made for this trip!

Perfect way to get around if only in Katoomba for a day or two. Highly recommend to take the tickets with the scenic park in it! Had the best bus driver Angus, absolutely the best to have! Thank you very much for helping me!

There is only one bus and it’s every hour so this is definitely not a hop on, hop off service. It could be improved by adding another bus and making sure that the departure times in Katoomba line up with the train service from Sydney. Standing in the heat on any part of the route for 45 mins is not a great feature for getting around the area. Public buses would have been more timely and cost effective. The customer service at the office and the driver’s greeting and patter was excellent, badly let down by the infrequency of the bus.

Had a great tour, with each time informations from the drivers (also on where to start the walks) and a very useful booklet to get around easily. Would recommend if you want to sit back and enjoy the possibility to walk one ways and catch the bus at a later stage

We had 2 drivers on our trip, first was good, second was outstanding. Weather was poor so views were hit and miss but the driver was so entertaining, also knowledgeable. Highly recommend this hop on, hop off tour

Amazing agency, the bus ride was so cool, with live commentary and their overall services were amazing. They were very quick, friendly, and professional, considering we were there on a public holiday, service was top notch. The staff were ready to help out with maps and guiding us as we were unfamiliar with the surroundings. Amazing, and definitely check it out if you are in Katoomba!

Our bus driver, Angus, was a delight, making the trip more fun, and also gave great information and history on the Blue Mountains. We are visiting from Canada and were able to visit many spots in one day, including the three sisters, echo point, scenic world, Katoomba Falls, Leura falls, Cahill’s lookout, and Leura village. Leura village had lots of cute shops. I recommend the candy store, chocolate shop, and gift stores. I loved using this bus service to go around to different stops throughout the Blue Mountains!

The drivers were very friendly and helpful and a great way to get around but just be careful if you have a companion card I would advise you if you only want to go to echo point and scenic world use government buses and purchase scenic world ticket there as this company charges you for scenic world even though they know it is free for the companion
