We went on a food tour in Tokyo with Ema. They were so excited and enthusiastic about sharing their love of Japanese cuisine with our party. We went to 3 different but all uniquely beautiful restaurants and enjoyed sampling the many dishes Ema ordered. We had such a great time, finishing by enjoying mochi in a roof top garden overlooking this fabulous city.

We had a fantastic visit with Ami. She took us to several local restaurants to enjoy the local cuisine. We even went back and visited a couple restaurants. Highly recommend this food tour.

An amazing morning with Clara, our guide, not only did we sample some great food but also learnt a lot about the origins of Japanese cuisine and the history of the Nihonbashi area. A great experience- would highly recommend. Thank you Clara.

We took the Hiroshima food tour with Umi this evening. Absolutely excellent! Plenty of food (and drink), plenty of knowledge and a lot of variety. Umi was always happy to make changes and suggestions based on our preferences and tastes. We went to places we would never have found on our own. We tried food we would never have ordered ourselves and loved all of it. Okonomiyaki near the end of the tour was a highlight. 3 hours of a tour that I would recommend to anyone.

A memorable Tsukiji breakfast tour
Our tour guide Shengeki took us on a tour of the Tsukiji food market where we sampled a huge range of seafood including the famous blowfish. It was an amazing experience, the food was delicious and our guide was so informative, we learned so much during the three hours we were together. We ate in places that we wouldn’t have found if we had been on our own and tried dishes that we wouldn’t have otherwise chosen. It was a real immersion in local life and a memorable experience. We would definitely recommend.

Didn’t Leave Hungry!
Our guide Shigeki provided us with a wonderful morning at the Tsukiji market. Without him we would have missed half the things we saw and ate. The tour included A LOT of food, we were full when it concluded!

One of our highlights of our trips to japan.Our guide Tomo Wong did an amazing job, showing us the food of Osaka, a bit of Osaka itself and some fun stories. His recomandations were very good and he was amazing at accomadating the different tastes.

We spent a pleasant day in Uji on a Green Tea Tour, hosted by Eri from Arigato travel. Eri was very enthusiastic towards Matcha Tea, her passion and knowledge that came over in her informative commentary throughout the day. We also visited the Byodoin Temple, an 11th Century temple that took our breath away at the architecture and artifacts. Thoroughly recommend and many thanks.

Nice to taste different sorts of food in places you probably would not go yourself. Very good idea at the bezinning of a trip so you know wat you like or not. Guide Mae very friendly.

A feast for all senses
The tour delivered as promised on providing a wide range of food options from across town - we were stuffed! But what made it great were the sights and sounds from the many neighborhoods and different types of eating establishments that we stopped at - a feast for all senses. And our guide kept things so relaxed throughout the evening- no sense of rushing. It was a great night out.
