- Unfortunately due to the nature of this tour it is not suitable for guests with mobility impairments or with wheelchairs, or strollers.
- This is a walking tour. Guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty. This tour has lots of stairs during the itinerary.
- The Jeronimos Monastery can be unexpectedly closed due to Official State Visits (rare).
- The boat ride can be canceled due to weather conditions. In that case, a mode of alternative transport will be provided.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your tour start time for check-in. Out of courtesy to other guests, we’re unable to wait for latecomers. No refunds can be provided for late arrivals or no-shows.
- The Jeronimos Monastery is subject to occasional closures. If modifications are needed and time permits, we will reach out to your prior to your tour. For last-minute closures, modifications may be communicated at the tour start time.
- Please note that Belém is not located in central Lisbon, so be sure to plan extra time to arrive. Belem can be reached by taxi in 15 minutes from the city center.
- Due to the religious nature of the Jeronimos Monastery, all individuals (regardless of gender) must cover their shoulders. It is acceptable to bring extra coverings to put on just before entering a holy site. Walks cannot be responsible for anyone denied entry.

Amendment requests are subject to availability and price changes. Late arrivals and no shows are nonrefundable. This is applicable to any tour participant that fails to arrive, or arrives after tour departure.
