Summary

Our Private lessons take place mainly in Camping Tarifa or in Getares Beach depending on conditions, your skills and your wishes we can move the classes to Valdevaqueros. We work daily during all year starting at 9:00 am until 18:00. Private classes will start when we agree and the wind and tide conditions are better, if for instance, according to our instructor conditions are not good on the reservation date we will offer to change the location or move the day, if that does not fix the problem we will obviously refund you. A private course is super flexible, we will adapt the course to the student needs or wished as there is one instructor just for you. If you wish to start from the begining you will improve 3 or 4 times faster than with a Group lesson, if you are already an experienced windsurfer we can organise intermedium or advanced private lessons (waterstart, footstraps, harness use, carve gybes, tacks, loops, wave sailing lessons) Kids can learn to windsurf starting from 6 years old on private classes, we do not recommed group lessons when they are too young.

A private windsurfing lesson means it’s just you and the instructor. Private windsurfing instruction is great if you are beginner and wish to learn fast or if you are advanced and you are struggling with the more complicated moves in windsurfing. Tarifa is a top destination in Europe for watersports and windsport, some of the most experienced instructors are located here and our Velair Windsurfing School has a great reputation locally. We love teaching windsurf! Our instructors are Officially Licenced by the Ministery of Education to teach Windsurfing in Spain (Técnicos en Vela Ligera).
