Kayak Rental in Getares

Kayak Center in Getares Beach provides:

• Single sit on top kayaks: max weight 100 kilos, spaces 1 person plus a kid, includes 2 life jackets, 1 paddle, 1 kayak.

• Double sit on top kayaks: max weight 180 kilos, spaces 2 persons, includes 2 life jackets, 2 paddle, 1 kayak.

The center is located right in the sand at 20 meters from the shore, clients must transport kayaks from the center to the shore and return them back in the center.

No previous experience is necesary to realize the experience, we will introduce to the basics if requested by the client.

The bay area is great to explore, you can see clifts, calas, reefs and ruins from old whale station. Views towards Africa are great from the Punta Carnero Light House as well.

Confortable Seats, snorkelling gear, waterproff bags, fishing rads are available under request as extras.

Getares, a sandy beach situated in Algeciras which it is

bordering the Natural Park of the Strait of Gibraltar.

It is a safe activity a a great way to discover the coast on your own, also you can bring your

snokelling gear. 

Our

kayaks are sit on top , which are the easiest and safest in the ocean, you do not need to have any experience to use them.

Single and double kayaks are available, our single kayaks permit an adult to paddle with a young kid who weights less than 35 kgrm as there is an extra space.

Clients must provide a copy of passport at arrival or a 50 eur deposit.
Refunds will not be issued if tour/activity is missed due to late or non-arrival of cruise ship
Bring a watch, waterproof mobile bag, hat, suncream, water, snorkelling gear o water shoes if you wish to explore the clifts.
Kayaks must be returned to our Center in the same condition as rented, lost or damage equiment will be charged according to our Equiment Price List which it is available in the Center, extra time for late returns will be charged and additional hourly charges will apply.
