In this full-day tour by private car, our guides bring you to the Suntory Hakushu Whiskey Distillery in scenic Hokuto for a tour and tasting. This distillery makes some of the best whiskeys in Japan. The tasting includes three whiskeys and a highball, along with chocolates and snacks. The distillery also has a museum, a bar and a gift shop you can explore. There are fantastic panoramic rooftop views as well. The tour also gives you the opportunity to enjoy the sights on the spectacular shores of Lake Kawaguchi. The tour is capped with a soothing visit to one of Japan's best hot spring bathhouses, Yurari Onsen, where you'll have magnificent views of Mt Fuji from the outdoor tubs. This tour is accessible and fun regardless of your level of experience with whiskey. It's an excellent choice for your vacation or as a gift to family or friends. Unlike our other tours, there is no bike riding during this tour. Your guides will be native English speakers who also speak Japanese.

We're experienced with children and offer a family-friendly environment. All bike tours include a private support car to ride in if you get tired, along with bikes, helmets, light snacks and water. Full-day and multi-day tours include lunches. We offer bikes in a full range of adult sizes and some children's sizes. For some tours you have the option to upgrade from our default hybrid bike to a road bike or e-bike. Cyclists who wish to wear their cycling shoes can make a request in advance for an upgrade to clipless pedals. Our winery, brewery and distillery tours are by private car and involve no bike riding.
