Convenient, friendly and secure
Convenient, friendly and secure. Only critique is process-related. I followed the instructions to download the app and get a QR code and went straight to the luggage storage location and then had to walk back inside the cruise ship terminal to check in and get a printed out copy of my receipt because you have to check in one place before going to the storage area, even with the QR code I was emailed. Which was a little annoying.

The perfect storage solution in Vancouver
We left the Cruise Ship in Vancouver with our suitcases, and the Big Bus desk is literally there in front of you as you walk through. The storage compound is in the same level and really close by. Within minutes we had stored our luggage and were free to enjoy the day in the City. Easy to book, great staff, and a secure service. I would have no hesitation in recommending this service, absolutely superb and reasonably priced.
A great way to see Vancouver
It’s easy and very convenient if your off the ship early waiting for a later flight. A great way to see Vancouver and simple to jump on the nearby train to get to the airport. The bus tour is very good and regular enough to rely on we spent time in Stanley Park. Don’t leave the return journey too late as traffic can get busy later in the afternoon.
