  • Please note that the entrance ticket for the Rijksmuseum does NOT include entrance to any temporary exhibitions, including the 2023 Vermeer exhibition, and therefore the tour does not visit any temporary exhibitions.

  • Please note that the tour meeting time is 15 minutes prior to the start time. The group must enter the museum at the stated time and will be unable to wait for late-comers. No refunds or re-bookings can be provided for late arrivals or no shows after tour commencement or departure.

  • This is a walking tour. Guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty.

  • Only handbags the size of an A4 piece of paper or smaller are allowed in the museum. Larger bags can be stored in the cloakroom, however they are unable to store suitcases, large pieces of luggage etc.If you have bags or luggage with you too large to store, you may be refused entry into the museum.

    Cancellations received greater than 24 hours prior to tour commencement are fully refundable. Cancellations received within 24 hours of tour commencement are nonrefundable. Amendment requests are subject to availability and price changes. Late arrivals and no shows are nonrefundable. This is applicable to any tour participant that fails to arrive, or arrives after tour departure.
