This is a unique opportunity to explore traditional Nepalese culture and cuisine through a private, online class with an expert home cook Rochani. Enjoy learning to cook family recipes that have been passed down from Rochani's grandmother, who cooked for the king of Nepal. You will learn to make momos, a delicious steamed dumpling filled with meat of your choice and choyla, a spiced meat dish, traditionally made with water buffalo but that can be made with meat of your choice or mushrooms.
Your 90-min online cooking class will be scheduled mutually at your convenience. After it is confirmed, you will be sent a class link and ingredient and supply list.
This is an immersive and interactive class that is one-on-one with your instructor Rochani. You are encouraged to cook alongside Rochani and will be able to ask her any questions as you prepare your delicious steamed momos and choyla.
