Meet up with your guide and group at the host’s palazzo at 6:30 p.m. for your cooking class. Get to know each other and learn about the history and traditions of Sicilian cuisine, including the raw ingredients procured on the island from local markets.
Follow along as the chef guides you through preparing a 4-course meal focused on the Sicilian seafood tradition. Dishes may include swordfish rolls with orange, pasta with shrimp, zucchini and pistachios, shrimp marinated in lemon, anchovy flan, and panna cotta. Along with your dinner, sip local Sicilian wine.
Wrap up your experience after three hours with new knowledge of traditional Sicilian cooking and full stomach.
