Amid a bucolic atmosphere, the suggestive stone architecture harks back to the land’s long-standing farming culture, reminding visitors of the way wine was once made.

In “dispensa”, the wine tasting takes place and it is possible to taste up to five of Valle dell’Acate wines: the famous DOCG Cerasuolo di Vittoria, DOC wines like Il Frappato, Insolia, and Zagra, IGT wines like Il Moro, Bidis, Rusciano, and Tané.
