You’ll cover about a mile of walking during the nighttime tour.  Kick off the night at a cozy, family-run restaurant, where you’ll sample fine seafood and an unparalleled chicken asado. A special cocktail makes the delicious food go down even more smoothly.  Then, your guide takes you to a Mexican restaurant that’s a perennial winner of ‘Best Restaurant in Vallarta.’ Begin with fresh and fruity cocktail, followed by a traditional quesadilla filled with Jamaica, a tuna-stuffed Jalapeno and a savory cochinita pibil (slow-roasted pork).  Cross the streets of Old Town Vallarta and stop at a charming spot off of the Malecon. With beautiful water views in the background, dig into a savory mahi mahi dish.  Finally, stroll onto the Malecon and enter an eatery offering assorted desserts, along with an addictive Mexican cocktail.
