Spend an evening like a local in Athens

Choose your preferred start time and meet your guide near the Acropolis metro station in central Athens.

Delve into the pleasant streets, and climb the rock- and pine-clad hills of the Pnyx and Philopappos near the Acropolis. Hear how the ancients called Philopappos the 'Hill of the Muses' for being inhabited by the nine muses, and how the Hill of the Pnyx was the site of Athens' early political assemblies.

Listen to more legends, and admire the spectacular views of the Acropolis and Athens, all bathed in lights if you’re on an evening tour. Then, select a scenic spot for your picnic. Sip wine or tsipouro (anise-flavored spirit) and dig into tasty mezze including olives, traditional cheese, fresh bread, homemade pies and baklava (syrupy, nut-filled filo parcels.)
