Come to prune: At the beginning of every winter, the pruning time begins and the vineyard is prepared to face the cycle that culminate with the sprouds of the new fruits.
It is a seasonal activity, which runs from June to the end of August.
Participants are guided in the pruning by an expert, who explains the particularities of this vital task for the vineyards.
The pruning takes place during the vegetative rest of the vine and allows controlling its yield and thus obtaining better fruits that soon will give way to wines of high quality.
The day ends with a Regional/Gourmet lunch, paired with outstanding wines.
Come to Harvest: The tour takes place in summer season, from middle February until the end of March. We visit an important winery of Mendoza to share this experience with local people who are going to teach us how to pick the grapes from each vine, taking care of the method we must use depending on what quality we need to produce with those grapes harvested. The experience is done at the fresh hours in the morning, then, we'll visit the winery to see how the wines are made. The day ends with a Regional / Gourmet lunch, paired with outstanding wines.
