Before you book

  • Full refund, credit, or rebooking available with 48 hours' notice of cancellation.

  • No refunds will be issued due to weather unless operations are canceled by the operator.

  • We are located 15 minutes from the Kailua-Kona Airport and 20 minutes from Kailua-Kona town.

Before you go

  • Arrive 10 minutes before your sound bath begins.

  • It is required to be with a guide to explore the Kona Cloud Forest Sanctuary.

  • We encourage you to bring an eye mask and a journal to reflect on your experience.

  • Please bring anything you'd like to wear to stay warm.

  • Lunch, snacks & water are not included.

  • We do not have a trash can. Please follow pack in and pack out guidelines.

Cancellation Policy

    Customers may receive a full refund, credit, or rebooking with at least 48 hours' notice prior to their reservation. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation are not eligible for refunds or rebooking. Refunds due to weather will only be issued if the operator cancels the experience. In the event of cancellation by the operator due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered a full refund, credit, or rebooking. To cancel or rebook, please contact us by phone. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
