Things to know

Before you book

Wear close-toed shoes that you will be comfortable hiking in, bring water, a camera to take photos, and a light rain jacket in case of showers.
Always be prepared to get wet, in a cloud forest it can rain at any time!
Arrive 10 minutes before your experience begins
Our forest tours operate rain or shine
Customers will receive a full refund, credit, or rebooking with up to 48 hours notice of cancellation.
No refunds will be issued due to weather unless operations are canceled by the operator.

Before you go

Lunch, snacks & water are not included.
It is required to be with a guide to explore the Kona Cloud Forest Sanctuary.
We do not have a trash can. Please follow pack in and pack out guidelines.
We are located 15 minutes up the mountain from the Kailua-Kona Airport and 20 minutes from Kailua-Kona town.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may receive a full refund, credit, or rebooking with at least 48 hours' notice prior to their reservation. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation are not eligible for refunds or rebooking. Refunds due to weather will only be issued if the operator cancels the experience. In the event of cancellation by the operator due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered a full refund, credit, or rebooking. To cancel or rebook, please contact us by phone. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
