Skip the line: Duomo Skywalk - Florence Heaven

This afternoon tour begins as you meet your guide at Florence’s centrally located Piazza della Repubblica. From there, it’s a speedy stroll to the Duomo. With its soaring dome designed by Brunelleschi and ornately painted walls, the cathedral is one of Florence’s most recognizable highlights.

With skip-the-line access, you head straight inside. Learn from your guide about the landmark’s history, and discover the masterworks within.

Next, head up the staircase and discover an area has been off-limits to most visitors for centuries: its terraces, which at more than 100 feet (30 meters) above the ground offer panoramic views overlooking the city. Take photos of the vista before climbing even higher to the top of Brunelleschi’s dome.

The tour finishes inside the Duomo, though you can linger after its conclusion. Your ticket also grants you limited-time access to other Duomo complex sites, including Giotto’s Bell Tower and the Baptistry of San Giovanni.
