Traveler reviews
Excellent
Our guide was excellent and the whole experience was much better having our guide. The tour company was excellent to work with. Would highly recommend.
No show guude
Looked all over for guide. Asked for help from castle attendants and they told us where the guides usually were. After 20 minutes gave up and bought tickets at castle. No text, calls, anything. Wasted money!
Good trip and nice details
The guidance was pre-recorded and worked perfectly. The trip itself was very good. What worked terribly was that to meet the Crown tour, the location was not exposed, we had to look around and ask the competitors. A little trick with the app, but we got help with it.
Good experience. The map...
Good experience. The map directions take you to the end of the path however the agent was at the 1st bench. Not all the slides lined up with each area however you can sort it out.
You need to know
The history of this structure is fascinating. I never knew what it was or what it was for and was surprised to learn all the purposes it has been used for since it was built by Hadrian
