In their quest to preserve the hawker heritage, they have embarked on a flavourful journey which you will experience on this tour. Savor their persistence in retaining the original flavors of traditional local dishes such as the Teochew braised duck, nasi lemak, and a wonton noodles/ramen fusion dish.

Throughout this tour, you will experience both traditional hawker center, Chinese meals as well as more modern restaurants based on the transition of recipes between generations. As a passionate food explorer, I look forward to taking you through the gastronomic maze of the Lion City for a mouth-watering culinary food tour experience. Put on your walking shoes and take a delicious stroll from one dish to another, discovering Singapore, her people, and culture – through food. Tour limited to a maximum of 10 travelers.
