Outstanding
Arrived on time although the tour started a little late but well worth the wait. A very informative guide and the attention to detail with the exhibits was outstanding. Tour was not rushed although it was a timed entry and if you snoozed you lost !! Recommend this tour
Hard to understand the ticketing system!!
Very strange! Paid for our entrance tickets from home! When we then came to the museum, did we have to pay again?? How did it happen?
Excellent experience- thoroughly enjoyed it
This was a great way to experience Schlinders Factory. Really good insight into the occupation of Krakow and the events in the city. The guide not only presented facts but also personal experiences from his family.
Clear separation of tickets and guided tour
We only wanted to order tickets to the museum, but only got the guided tour. It was not clearly presented on the order page. The order page should be worded more clearly. After ordering, we only saw that it was just about the costs of the guided tour. The guided tour with Natalia was great though
Excellent Museum - Rushed Tour
If you are a serious history buff I would recommend choosing the non-guided version of this tour. There are detailed captions in English and you can take your time. The guided tour rushes you a bit.
