Sandboarding and Offroad 4X4 in Lima

Lima is located on the desert coast of Peru and has dunes just like the other great deserts of the world, only that they have not been released yet. Mainly because to travel these entertaining dunes you need to go in a 4x4 truck and with an expert offroad pilot. We will head along the Panamerican Highway for around 40 minutes and arrive at a point where the start of the Andean elevation to the east is in the form of sand.

We will enter with a 4x4 truck and start our adrenaline Off-road circuit that will be driven with dexterity and skill for our expert pilot. Once on the top of a dune in the middle of the desert, we will be able to see the climb of the Andes to the East and the Pacific Ocean to the West. That's where we stop the vehicle and our professional Sandboard instructor takes the spotlight to show us how entertaining the sport of surfing the sand is. We will be around two hours learning, having fun and practicing.

Once we are good to go a fair level dune, we can do between 3 or 4 descents, depending on the level. There are 4 levels of dunes from rookie to expert. Finishing, we embark on the return of the most relaxed and blended with the desert.
