Amazing Salkantay Trek
My husband and I did 5d/4n Salkantay Trek. What an amazing experience! The trek itself is challenging and absolutely stunning, with spectacular scenery throughout the route. We had 2 exceptional guides : Ricardo and Carlos. They made a really big effort to get to know us all and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time. They were knowledgeable, organised and very attentive and shared insighs about local culture and history. They balanced being fun with professional perfectly. A huge thank you to the chef Teofilo and his team. The food during the trek was impressive and far exceeded our expectations for a multi-day trek. The whole experience with Alpaca Expeditions from start to finish was excellent and we can't recommend them highly enough.

Ricardo and Carlos were incredible hosts, giving us amazing histories and funny stories through our excursion. the entire team of porters and cooking staff and guides come together to give a full and incredible experience.
