Rural Catalonia & Rupit Medieval Village Hiking Experience. Small Group Tour

This full day hiking excursion parting from Barcelona to the Collsacabra cliffs will take you to one of the most breathtakinglandscapes of the Cataloia region. You will also visit the picturesque medieval town of Rupit!

The adventure will start in Barcelona where you'll meet your guide. After about one and a half hour drive on a comfortable minivan, you will reach Rupit, one of Catalunya lesser know, yet incredibly beautifuls pots. There, you'll hike will start as you make your way from Rupit to the impressive cliffs and forests that surround it. As you hike, you will enjoy stunning views of the Collsacabra cliffs.

The path will cross beautiful forests and will take you to a natural balcony with breathtaking views. One of the highlights of the trip is the famous Salt de Sallent, the highest waterfall in Catalonia standing 115 meters tall. If you are lucky you might even spot one of the mighty eagles soaring the skies over you!

The hike will last around 3 hours and after that, you'll return to Rupit where you will have some free time to have lunch (we can book a traditional local restaurant for you).

After lunch you will have a guided visit of the picturesque medieval town.

We will start hiking from Rupit around its impressive cliffs and forests, from where you will enjoy breathtaking views of Collsacabra mountain range and all the surrounding area. After this pleasant hike we will come back to Rupit, where you will have some free time to have lunch (not included, but we can book a traditional local restaurant for you). Before coming back to Barcelona we will have a guided tour around this beautiful medieval town, one of Catalunya hidden gems, .
