Most travelers can participate
Check-in for your flight at Vancouver Harbour Heliport at least 20 minutes prior to departure.
Guests are permitted up to 50lbs/22.5kgs of baggage.
Seats are not assigned when boarding is announced, guests may sit anywhere within the aircraft (bench seating, 3 rows of 4 seats across) but on occasion pilots may ask for passengers to sit in specific seats due to weight and balance of the aircraft.
Upon arrival, the Helijet courtesy shuttle van can take guests into downtown Victoria, dropping off at locations around the Inner Harbour. Taxis can also be arranged to meet your arrival. (Shuttle van is not wheel chair accessible)
While waiting, Helijet's comfortable Passenger Terminal offers guest many amenities; WIFI, TV, Newspapers/Magazines, snacks, coffee, tea, juices, wine & beer (afternoon service only), and stunning views.
