Board your bus at a central Reykjavik pickup point and set off on your journey towards Iceland’s southern coast.
Drive past picturesque villages, glacial rivers, and volcanic peaks. Listen while your guide shares stories about southern Iceland, and marvel at the epic landscapes of Skaftafell, a wilderness area in Vatnajökull National Park.
Stop at Skogafoss waterfall and drive through Skeidararsandur, a vast black sand plain. See Oraefajokull—Iceland’s largest active volcano—just before you reach the lagoon.
Next, visit Seljalandfoss and take the footpath behind the mighty falls. Then, hop back on board the bus for the drive back to Reykjavik to be dropped off at the departure point.
