If the number of passengers and luggages exceed the maximum capacity of the vehicle, the driver has the right to reject the booking and no refund will be issued No child seat will be provided for the service Each booking is valid only for a one way transfer between Narita Airport and Tokyo city. An additional booking is required for a return journey The driver can speak basic English only, however an online staff will be available to provide fluent English service and can be contacted via the number indicated on the voucher How To Use You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity The voucher is valid only on the date and time specified Pick Up Information: For the arrival service, your driver can you pick up at the T1 exit lobby, T2 exit lobby, T3 exit lobby, or at an appointed location within the airport. Please contact the driver or the local operator upon landing. Look for the driver holding a placard For customers who booked a departure service, the driver will pick you up at the address you left in the order information Please turn on your phone and keep it available so that the local operator could contact with you when needed Surcharges: For all overtime charges, the operator will reconfirm the amount in advance and you can book the surcharge package directly on Klook Arrival The driver will arrive on time and wait for up to 90 minutes. After the initial 90-minute grace period, an overtime charge per hour will be incurred For flight delays within 2 hours, the driver will wait for up to 120 minutes with no surcharge For flight delays more than 2 hours due to weather, you may cancel the booking with full refunds or pay a waiting fee per hour to keep the driver waiting Departure The driver will arrive on time and wait for up to 30 minutes. After the initial 30-minute grace period, an overtime charge per hour will be incurred Excess Kilometer Fee JPY200/km for pick up and drop off locations beyond Tokyo 23 wards and at least 79 kilometers away from NRT airport Please note: This surcharge is not applicable for locations near Mount Fuji, Hakone, and Karuizawa areas
