7-seater (Toyota Voxy or similar model): Recommended for 5 passengers with 5 pieces of 28in luggage. However, you can fit up to 6 passengers with 4 pieces of 24in luggage
A decrease in the number of passengers is equal to an increase in the number of luggage you ’re allowed to bring
If you have too much luggage or you have large pieces of luggage, please choose a bigger car
Additional Information:
It is recommended to book 3-4 hours earlier than your departure time for airport transfer service
When booking, please choose a vehicle that can accommodate your group size and the number of luggage. The operator reserves the right to request guests to handle the rest passengers and luggage on the day of travel
No child seat will be provided for the service
Each booking is valid only for one way transfer only. An additional booking is required for a return journey
The driver can speak basic English only. However, an online staff will be available to provide fluent English service and can be contacted via the number indicated on the voucher
Pick Up Information:
Your driver will wait at the arrival hall of the airport or any of your preferred pick up location within the serviced areas
Please contact your driver when you have arrived at the pick up location. You will receive the driver's contact information 1 day before your departure date (at the latest, three hours before your departure). Please take note of the driver's contact information
For customers who booked a departure service, the driver will pick you up at the address you left at the checkout page
Kindly activate the International Roaming Service for your phone prior to our departure

Surcharge:
Arrival Transfers
The driver will arrive on time and wait for up to 90 minutes. After the initial 90 minute grace period, an overtime charge of JPY3,500 per hour will incur
For flights with delays of less than 2 hours, the driver will wait for up to 120 minutes with no surcharge.
For flights with delays of over 2 hours, you can cancel the booking with no surcharge or pay an extra charge of JPY3,500 per hour for the driver to wait
Departure Tranfers
The driver will arrive on time and wait for up to 30 minutes. After the initial 30 minute grace period, an overtime charge of JPY3,500 per hour will incur
