Airport Pick Up Information
Your selected pick up date & time should be at least 4 hour (s) before flight departs due to traffic. The operator will not be responsible if you miss your flight
Staff will be holding a sign with the lead traveler's name on it
Your driver will wait and pick you up at the airport exit or the appointed pick up point. Please contact your driver when you have arrived at the pick up point
The driver's contact info will be sent 1 day or at the latest, 3 hours before departure
Please launch the International Roaming service for your phone in advance
You can also contact the airport dispatcher to get 1-on-1 and prompt services
For arrivals, please meet the driver near the first gate after you claim your luggage
For arrivals, the driver will arrive depending on your initial landing time and will wait for up to 90 minutes for free
For arrivals with at least 2-hour flight delays, the driver will wait up to 120 minutes for free
For arrivals with at least 2-hour flight delays due to weather conditions of the day, you may cancel the booking and get a full refund or pay a waiting fee of JPY3,500 per hour
For departures, the driver will arrive according to your pick up time and will wait for up to 30 minutes for free
Please arrive at the designated meet up point at least 5 minutes before pick up time
