Your Mount HuaShan tour begins with hotel pickup in Xi'an by your private guide and driver.
Travel in a comfortable climate-controlled vehicle through the Shaanxi countryside to reach the mountain. Upon arrival at the tourist center, board a shuttle bus with your guide to go to the cable car station to reach the West Peak, with excellent views along the way.
HuaShan has five peaks, each with special attractions. See the Buddhist and Taoist temples on the West Peak, which stands at 6,831 feet (2,082 meters) high. You might also see other temples and sculptures as Daoists believed the mountain to be the home of the God of the Underworld.
From West Peak, continue to climb at your own pace to the other peaks. On foot, it takes a few hours to reach the North Peak, and from there you descend the mountain by cable car. South Peak is the highest point at 7,070 feet (2,155 meters) on HuaShan.
Your tour includes a packed lunch (there are no lunch facilities on the mountain), snacks, cable car fees, and hotel drop-off at the end of a memorable day.
