Your driver will be waiting for you at your hotel lobby with holding your name sign. You will be escorted directly to your private air-conditioned vehicle and transfer to Xi'an Bei North Station for departure.

At the time of booking you must provide the following information in the special requirements form:

• Train details (departure time, train number).

• Hotel name, address and phone number. Pickup time: 2 hours before departure time.

Hotel pickup area should be within the 3rd ring road of Xi'an. For further distance there might be an extra cost for transfers. You'll be notified by your tour operator.
We provide up to 20 mins of waiting time at your hotel. Otherwise, you will be considered as a no-show. Or additional waiting time fees (USD5 PER half hour) may apply.
If you stay in airbnb, we might not be able to pick up at the door. Because normally airbnb is in a community where enforces the separation of pedestrians and vehicles.
