After arriving you will be presented with the course
We decided on the menu previously (that's why it's very important to keep in touch)
You start working right away
Each guest has his or her own individual workplace
Only certified gluten free ingredients will be used
After about an hour we make a small break for rest and take advantage for a short aperitif (with bubbles or other drink at your convenience)
We go back to work and finish the preparation we usually cut the pasta, prepare the ravioli, gnocchi or lasagna according to what we have established
Finally, you sit down to taste the fruits of your work
If you do not finish all the food prepared, we will be happy to prepare a package for you to take away with you
