Available models:
5 seater: no more than 3 passengers + 3 pieces of 24 inch luggage
7-seater car: The recommended maximum is no more than 5 passengers + 5 pieces of 28-inch luggage. If there are 6 passengers, a maximum of 4 pieces of 24-inch luggage can be accommodated
10-seater car: up to 9 passengers + 9 pieces of 28-inch luggage
20-seater car: up to 16 passengers + 16 pieces of 28-inch luggage
To ensure your travel experience, when you have a lot of luggage or have large luggage, please select a larger model

According to local regulations: Children are also counted in the passenger seat. Please choose the car truthfully. Because the passenger is beyond the carrying capacity, the driver has the right to refuse to provide the service and the order fee is non-refundable.
Precautions:
If a drop-off service is required, it is recommended to book a vehicle 4 hours before departure
Only one-way pick-up included, return trip must be booked separately
Expense description: The price includes the high-speed fee, parking fee, etc. (excluding overtime fee). If the driver charges such additional fees, the extra fees will be doubled.
Please note: The service randomly assigns drivers. If the driver is Japanese, the operator's Chinese customer service will assist the communication throughout the process.

This voucher is valid only on the confirmed date and time
You must present a printed voucher when participating in the event, or you can present an electronic voucher on your mobile phone
Pick up details:
The driver will wait at the T1 airport exit, T2 airport exit, T3 airport exit or the agreed place. If you cannot find the driver after arriving at the boarding point, please contact the operator's customer service phone in time (will be provided on the voucher) Be sure to activate international roaming service
Please adjust your baggage according to the regulations on the product page. If you are out of range, please handle it yourself. The driver has the right to refuse the order due to overloading without refund.
The operator will send driver information to you 1 day before departure (at the latest 3 hours before using the car to provide you with driver information), so stay tuned
You can actively contact the operator to dispatch customer service, and provide you with more accurate and convenient services.
Overtime fee:
Without delay, the free waiting time after landing is 90 minutes; the free waiting time for drop-off is 30 minutes. If the passenger is not contacted beyond the waiting time, it is regarded as no show, and the driver leaves after taking a picture; if the guest requests the driver to continue to wait and arrange the service, an overtime fee of 3500 yen per hour will be charged after the timeout
If the flight is changed due to customer reasons, and the arrival time is more than 2 hours from the original order, the service is considered complete and the order is non-refundable
If the flight is delayed due to irresistible factors such as the weather, please inform the operator as soon as possible. Cancellations can be cancelled free of charge if the delay is more than 2 hours, or the driver must wait for an hourly fee of 3500 yen per hour
Flight cancellation will cancel your service for free, please inform the operator as soon as possible
