She explained the ruins clearly and carefully, and we really enjoyed learning about Pompeii with her. She also helped us communicate with our driver, by interpreting for us, which made us feel very comfortable throughout the day. She also gave us helpful advice about walking around the city and things to be careful about. I was traveling with my mother, and Rosella was very thoughtful and considerate of us. Thanks to her, we were able to enjoy Pompeii with peace of mind. She was such a kind and wonderful guide. We are very happy that we chose Rosella! 😊
No Refund
We were provided with the meeting point at the cruise exit security gate. We arrived on time in a chaotic area filled with taxi drivers and cruise passengers. The tour operator was nowhere to be found in the crowd. After 15 - 20 minutes of scrambling to find the tour bus and operator, we managed to have a local taxi driver call the world tour office, only to be told the driver had left and that we were considered a no-show. We were in fact there, on time. We requested a refund and was flatly told NO. We called Viator for assistance in getting our refund. Viator was absolutely NO help! They are simply a middleman bookie. I strongly urge to avoid WorldTours in Naples or book with caution!

The tour was very enriching, with a guide who knew his subject very well. Even though there were a lot of people, he managed to keep them waiting in the best possible atmosphere.
Pity about the chaos
Pickup was chaotic our names weren’t even with the pick up guide so had to show our confirmation 3 times. Having said that she was pleasant which is more than I could say for the driver who was just rude to us. Pompeii guide was very good but cheap headsets could do with with a little investment and upgrade. All in all just okay
