Meet your chef-guide at the centrally located Walkabout Florence. There you’ll board a minibus destined for the Tuscan countryside.
Following a scenic journey, you’ll be greeted with traditional fettunta (toast with toppings) and a glass of Chianti.
After learning the history of pizza and gelato, you’ll recreate the iconic Italian dishes yourself. Once you’ve prepared the pizza dough, you’ll add your favorite toppings from freshly harvested produce, and cook your creation in a wood-fired oven.
Feast on your pizza, accompanied by beer or wine, before making creamy gelato. You'll go back to Florence with recipes, and the tour concludes with drop-off at your original departure point.
