Pikey Peak Trek

Pikey Peak trek in the lower section of the Everest region is especially designed for those who like to explore nature and are interested in the local culture but may not have time for a longer trip or are unable to go to high elevations.

A beautiful Jhapre Buddhist Monastery is located top of the ridge. It is a main local religious center of the area.

Pikey peak trek offers spectacular Mountain View throughout the trail including six world’s highest peaks Mt. Everest, Kanchejunga, Makalu, Lhotse, Manaslu and Annapurna. You will also experience local culture, tradition and Hospitality of Sherpa, Tamang and Magar People. Pikey Peak (4065m.) summit provides 360 degree view of Himalaya, surrounding valleys and so beautiful Sunrise view.

Thupten Chholing Monastery, which is one of the main religious centers of entire Everest region and the home of late Thulsik Rimpoche. Late Thulsik Rimpoche was one of the main religious figures of Buddhism and was in his 31st reincarnation.
