The customer must be ready at the right place (day, date and hour); Otherwise the driver will continue its route and there will not be any kind of reimbursements.

In case of any accident during the fluvial transportation by the Sumidero Canyon or Usumacinta River (Yaxchilan), the company is not responsible for any medical expenses u others. The fluvial transportation is independent of the Tour Operator.
